Signing up to a new product subscription, such as DataSalon’s MasterVision service, is a big decision, and the experience of others can be invaluable in helping you to make that decision. To this end, we’ve produced a number of case studies highlighting how some of our clients use MasterVision.
The most recent of these case studies has been produced in collaboration with the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), who have been using MasterVision since 2023. The case study underscores a number of key points about why the product is so beneficial to SIAM:
- Integrated customer view: MasterVision joins up 15 different customer databases from different systems, in order to give a complete picture of SIAM’s customer activity in a single place.
- Comprehensive reporting: SIAM use MasterVision for all their marketing and sales analysis, including tracking authors and their publications, carrying out gap analysis, and creating customer dashboards.
- Simple set-up: setting up MasterVision was quick and easy, with no disruption to existing systems, and included full integration with Ringgold (for which SIAM already had a licence).
- Product customization: DataSalon and SIAM have worked together to set up easy-to-use search templates and bespoke custom reports.
