5 great ways to chart your data

A key area of focus for enhancing our core product, MasterVision, is our new analytics functionality. Here are just a few of the great things publishers can do with this tool.

1. View a detailed breakdown of your data

Visualise your data broken down by a particular field to see how different areas of your business contribute to overall revenue.

2. Compare multiple measures

Add measures that can be summed to form a total or overlay measures where one is inclusive of another. For example, a successful content management strategy requires an understanding of the extent to which submitted articles make it as far as publication.

3. View unique institutions

See how your customers and prospects are distributed geographically, to track the success of sales campaigns in particular territories or plan new campaigns.

4. Create a cross tab

Analyse the relationship between two different fields in an interactive grid, colour coded to highlight ‘hotspots’ that help identify where to focus your marketing activities.

5. Create a dashboard

View a set of key metrics at a glance in your own custom-made dashboard, useful when presenting management summaries or reporting on targets at sales meetings.

These are just some of the ways in which MasterVision can give publishers real insight into their data. If you’d like to know more, do get in touch with us to arrange a full demo of the analytics tool.
